SWIFT from the founder of Tinkoff is no longer available, sent from Raiffeisen Bank, you need a regular account in RUB and dollars and download their version of investments. Next, you put RUB into a regular account, transfer them into investments, buy $, withdraw them back to your current account, and send them to IB.
Compared to Tink, it’s inconvenient (but there aren’t really any other options) - dollars become available for withdrawal only the next day. There are a lot of commissions - 3% for the purchase of currency in Raif itself, then for a transfer to IB there is a fixed commission of $60 per transfer, plus an additional $25 on top, apparently taken by the correspondent bank. In general, anyone who has a problem with entering money into IB, I advise instructions, I did everything according to it, everything is up to date. In 2 cases, money in IB, when sent in the morning, arrived on the same day late in the evening.
